FIRST EGT SYSTEM IN IRELAND

Utilx Ltd, the EGT distributor in Ireland has arranged the sale of a 35 tonne rig to Meehan Drilling. The delivery was made in an enormous race against time. Meehan had won a prestigious project to drill the beach approach for a power cable supplying power from a new wind farm off the Irish coast. An expensive cable-laying vessel was programmed to deliver the cable on a date that gave Meehan and EGT less than three weeks to deliver the new system and complete the installation. The project was successful!
